I am running Windows Vista 64 bit Business edition. #DAZZLE DVC 170 DRIVER WINDOWS 10 64 BIT 64 BIT#

The more you get into video editing, the more you will find that no single program does everything perfectly, and that some programs do certain steps better than others. Personally, for example, I use WinDV to capture from my mini DV camera or HDVSplit from my high definition camera, Video Studio for editing, Cool 3D Production Studio or Xara 3D for my titles, SonicFire Pro for my music, CanopusFX or Adorage for my transitions, and Movie Factory 6 or DVD Workshop or even Nero sometimes for my authoring. A lot of us here use many more than one program for any single editing project.

Then when all the video is captured, it is a simple matter to simply open the captured video in Video Studio for editing. That is why we usually recommend that people use the software which came with the capture device to do the capturing. And they won't share their technical secrets with other companies like Ulead/Corel so that programs like Video Studio will work with their devices. Quite a few companies like Pinnacle make capture devices and cards which only work properly with their own software. I hope u got what is the actual problem of mine.Įven if you throw away the Dazzle and buy something new, there is a very real and big risk that you will meet the same problem. However, in Vista, there is no Dazzle card as a sound source to be choosed. In the UVS 10.0 through using XP, I can choose the sound source which is actually Dazzle card. However, when I switched to Vista, there is no incoming sound from dazzle Digital Video Creator 90. I used this product on XP and it is working very fine. VS9 uses the VFW(Video For Windows) and DirectShow, where as these may not be supported in Vista. You might get VS9 to run on Vista, however there is no guarantee that it will be stable. Once that is done Try some of the solutions provided on Vista Help Page for getting older programs to run on Vista. Instructions can be found here : Re-installation of Ulead Products So just doing a simple add/remove programs from the control panel and then re-installing may not correct some issues. Ulead programs leave a lot of files behind. I would at this point recommend doing a complete un-install/re-install.
